Iaroslav Gregirchak is a seasoned commercial lawyer with more than 15 years practical experience. Iaroslav specialises in cross-border corporate finance, secured transactions as well as in public finance and administrative law. Iaroslav graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. In 1997-98 under the auspices of the Ukrainian Legal Training Program sponsored by the Canadian Government, he spent one year at the Faculty of Law of the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. In 2002, he received Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
