The Business Ombudsman Council’s services available on Diia.Business portal

A new information section “Assistance from the Business Ombudsman Council” went live on Diia.Business portal.
In this section, entrepreneurs can find information about the of the Business Ombudsman Council, the institution’s work directions, find out how to lodge a complaint with BOC, get familiar with examples of cases, download brochures and guides, and read answers to frequently asked questions.
When you can appeal to the Business Ombudsman Council
As a mediator in state-business relations, BOC considers entrepreneurs’ complaints regarding malpractice of state bodies, local self-government authorities and state-owned companies. Despite the wartime, the institution is dynamically developing and making efforts to ensure that Ukrainian businesses have access to services for their rights protection to counteract public officials’ abuses.
BOC also draws attention to the educational aspect of its activities. On the portal, you can download the institution’s brochures on changes in Ukrainian legislation, their impact on business, as well as road maps with useful advice on conducting business during the war.

On BOC page, you can follow a link to the complaint form. You can get a better understanding of the specifics of its work, particularly how the Council investigates business cases by studying examples of closed investigations and in FAQ section. Check out the page here.
