The Government, jointly with the Council for the Support of Entrepreneurship During Martial Law and the Business Ombudsman Council, launched a communication component of the “Made in Ukraine” platform, to help measure the satisfaction level of entrepreneurs with state institutions and services. It is running based on pulse.gov.ua. It was announced during presentation of the All-Ukrainian “Made in Ukraine” economic platform created at the initiative of the President of Ukraine.
‘This project will become one of the tools aimed at improving the effectiveness of interaction between the Government and business. Entrepreneurs will be able to assess the work of state agencies online, as well as the level of services they receive from the state, and complain about shortcomings or problems they experienced while communicating with authorities. This is a feedback channel from business, thanks to which the authorities will have the opportunity to respond to business requests and solve problems as quickly as possible”, noted First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Economy Yuliia Svyrydenko.
The communication component of the “Made in Ukraine” platform provides a single direct channel of communication with the Business Ombudsman Council, through which entrepreneurs will be able to ask for help from the Business Ombudsman Council team and receive free support from specialists.
‘The Business Ombudsman Council and its highly qualified lawyers, hardened by many years of practice in over nine years of working on complaints about problems in the Ukrainian business environment, have proven their ability to effectively resolve business issues out of court. Deepening partnership with the Ministry of Economy in launching the platform will enable us to more effectively handle individual business issues, particularly systemic problems at the government level’, Roman Waschuk, the Business Ombudsman of Ukraine pointed out.
