Business Ombudsman Anka Feldhusen and Vice Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine – Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Oleksii Kulena signed an updated Memorandum of Cooperation.
The Memorandum, originally concluded in December 2023, expands the framework of cooperation between the Business Ombudsman Council and the Ministry in the context of Ukraine’s recovery—particularly in terms of systematic support for the private sector and the development of joint mechanisms for its effective participation in reconstruction processes.
The cooperation between the parties aims to deepen engagement in the field of recovery and infrastructure rebuilding in Ukraine—from attracting private investment to creating transparent and clear conditions for business participation in reconstruction.
Under the Memorandum, the parties will work on joint initiatives at the international, national, and local levels. Coordination on behalf of the Business Ombudsman Council will be carried out by the Policy and Recovery team, led by Deputy Business Ombudsman Tetiana Korotka.
