BOC not to temporarily receive complaints – Helpline launched instead

Due to the imposition of martial law in Ukraine, the Business Ombudsman Council suspends receipt of business complaints in the previous format. Instead, BOC launched a Helpline for Ukrainian Entrepreneurs to help businesses address pressing issues during the war.
