The Business Ombudsman Marcin Święcicki attended a meeting of the National Council for Anti-Corruption Policy chaired by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The meeting of the National Council was dedicated to resolving of the constitutional crisis caused by the recent decisions of the Constitutional Court. In particular, the President presented draft laws on criminal liability for declaring inaccurate information and restoring the provisions of the Law on Corruption Prevention.
The President stressed the need to submit these bills to the Verkhovna Rada’s consideration as soon as possible.
