If law enforcers pressure on your business, the tax authorities unreasonably impose additional payments and fines, the customs service refuses or delays to conduct customs clearance, you can approach the BOC. The institution will consider the cases independently, confidentially and free of charge and will help restore the violated rights. Over the years, the BOC has already considered more than 8,000 complaints and helped entrepreneurs return UAH 19 bn.
On March 3, in partnership with the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (USPP), the Business Ombudsman Council launches a series of practical webinars on the issues of the most concern to business.During the webinars, the BOC investigators based on real cases will explain what problems can be addressed to the BOC and how cases are investigated. They will emphasize how state bodies respond to the recommendations of the BOC. The investigators will also highlight the latest trends in business complaints about state officials’ malpractice and provide recommendations concerning complaints submission to the BOC.
The participation in the webinars is free upon prior registration. You can ask questions to the speakers before the webinar that they will respond to during the event.
