The Business Ombudsman Council has developed the Declaration of Fair and Reasonable Administration. This document is intended to serve as a guiding light for compliance and a practical tool for applying the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” to real-life cases and resolving disputes. The draft Declaration has been sent to key ministries involved in formulating state policy related to business interests, the Office of the President of Ukraine, and several international partners for feedback and suggestions on the text of the Declaration, which is planned to be signed as a kind of social contract between business and the state. The Declaration has been positively evaluated by key stakeholders.
