The purpose of the Memorandum is to join efforts to ensure the transparency of public authorities, facilitate the reduction of corruption and prevent malpractice of officials in relation to business.
Press-briefing of Pavlo Petrenko, Minister of Justice, and Algirdas Šemeta, Business Ombudsman, is planned after signing the Memo.
