On October 23 Business Protection Forum will take place

On October 23, the BOC will participate in the Business Protection Forum organized by Ukrainian Advocate’s Association and Law&Business Studio.
Representatives of business and legal community will discuss a wide range of relevant issues related to business protection and entrepreneurs’ issues. Among them are tax inspections, recent raidership trends, cybersecurity of business, financial security system organization, compliance, bankruptcy threats and many others. The expertise of the Business Ombudsman Council will be presented by Vasyl Sukhovyi. He will tell about inspections and criminal cases initiated by law enforcement agencies:
Provide statistics on complaints about law enforcement officers received by the Council
Give an overview of the most common complaints (procedural abuse, law enforcement officers’ inactivity, ungrounded criminal cases, non-enforcement of court decisions)
Emphasize on criminal proceedings as inalienable element of enforcement of international courts’ decisions in Ukraine
