From now on contacts of the Business Ombudsman Council can be found directly in the customs clearance post

The Business Ombudsman Council and the State Customs Service of Ukraine are interested not only in establishing simple and predictable rules of customs control and clearance, but protecting equal competitive conditions throughout the country. Our joint aim is to provide entrepreneurs with more information about protection of their legitimate rights and create new culture of state services in customs sphere.

From now on, if the entrepreneur thinks that the customs procedures are carried out inappropriately and his legitimate rights are violated, he can find direct contacts of the Business Ombudsman Council right in the customs clearance post. With this purpose, State Customs Service places information about a possibility of appealing to BOC at 500 customs posts.

We would like to remind you that we work independently, confidentially and free of charge.
