Business Ombudsman Council Presented Its First Quarterly Report

Algirdas Semeta, Business Ombudsman, presented the results of the Council’s work – number of complaints received and complaint trends, geographical distribution of complaints, government agencies subject to most complaints, significant cases and results. 
Deputy business ombudsmen Tetyana Korotka and Iaroslav Gregirchak presented systemic recommendations of the Council titled “Problems with access to the power grid for commercial entities” and “Problems for businesses as a results of the military situation in the East of Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea”.
