Business Ombudsman Council looks for IT-specialist

We are announcing the competition for the fulfillment the vacant position of IT Specialist at Business Ombudsman Council.
Who we are:
The Business Ombudsman Council is a non-governmental organization and an independent permanent advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers, established with the participation of the EBRD, the OECD, leading Ukrainian business associations and the Government. The BOC reviews B2G complaints concerning malpractice of state bodies. For more than 6 years the BOC protects business interests of Ukrainian and international companies and entrepreneurs against the actions of state or municipal bodies or their authorities. Most of the complaints concern tax (65%) and criminal (15%) legal issues.  
Key requirements:
•    Higher education in Computer Science;
•    Previous experience with international companies or NGOs preferred;
•    Previous technical support experience as system administrator;
•    Good knowledge of Windows 10, MS office, G-Suite, bpm’online CRM software, corporate AV solutions, Azure AD, Cisco;
•    Comprehensive understanding of LANWAN, Firewalls and client/server technology;
•    Honesty, reporting, responsibility, attentive to details, 
•    Ability to multi-task in a timely and resource efficient manner,
•    Deadline management skills;
•    Strong problem solving and communication skills;
•    Good command of English, Russian and Ukrainian, both written and spoken;
•    Be self-motivated and show a desire to continuously perform at a high level.
Key duties:
•    Maintain and administer LANFirewall and related computing environments including computer hardware, software, applications, printers IP Phones and other office IT staff;
•    Proactive support and maintenance of Business Process management systemCRM;
•    GSuite ecosystem support; 
•    Business analysis skills to understand the needs of end users and to be certain that those needs are effectively translated into application requirements; 
•    Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans, backups management;
•    Work with service providers and service quality monitoring (Internet, Telecom etc);
•    End User support (Windows workstations);
•    Website support, statistics update, files downloading;
•    Preparation of statistics for reports (5 reports per year), data downloading upon request;
•    Email distribution, cooperation with vendor on newsletter distribution;
•    Video translation, maintenance of technical equipment for online webinars in Google Meets, Zoom, downloading the online events translations on YouTube;
•    Video and –selection of optimal instrument  for video downloading and  formatting. Photo Editor;
•    Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook – presentation preparation and update in PowerPoint;
•    Other instruments- creation of info graphics, selection of optimal instruments for editing.
