BOC made effort that the goods be cleared by customs at the contract price

The BOC received a complaint regarding unreasonable adjustment of customs value of the frozen fish cargo, imported to Mykolayiv Marine Trade Port. 
The BOC sent a request to Mykolayiv Customs drawing attention to the facts identified and recommended to perform the customs valuation of goods objectively.
After BOC’s request, the Complainant’s goods were cleared by customs at the contract price.
