BOC facilitates adoption of important changes for international companies

On January 18, the Government made amendments to Resolution #437 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Procedure of Issuance, Extension, and Revocation of a Permit for the Employment of Foreigners and Stateless Persons” dated May 27, 2013.
From now on, foreign professionals can take several senior or managerial positions, including the dual activity status. Adoption of amendments to the Resolution on dual activity status for foreign specialists will eliminate corruption component in regulation of labor relations. 
The work of the BOC on these changes lasted for almost 2 years: our experts not only formulated systemic recommendations for the Government regarding this issue, but also coordinated the passing of the issue on a daily (!) basis at the highest level to its final settlement.
