Consultation on reservation of studio workers

An enterprise  producing a variety of video content and video advertising in its own studio appealed to the BOC. Since the company has a limited number of technical specialists who can work at the studio, it decided to book the said employees.
The applicant company asked the BOC for advice in choosing a state body to submit a proposal for  booking conscripts. The investigator established the lack of a clear affiliation of the enterprise to a certain ministry, so she recommended that the company should contact the military administration at the place of registration of the enterprise to book employees.
Given that the applicant company is registered in Kyiv, the investigator recommended that it submits proposals for reserving conscripts to Kyiv City Military Administration and sent it an explanation on the procedure for submitting proposals through the said military administration.
